Ruggi received the Diary of an Angel by post from Alba Hernández Abrego aka Venus Daughter (room 311), on the 23rd of July of 2012, in Utrecht, Netherlands. He placed his Memories and Dreams in the Diary and handed it in person to Frans Van Rossum aka The Bell Chimer, the next angel on the 8th of  August of 2012 who resides in Amsterdam. His chapter, is Chapter LXIV (64th). The passage The Four Winds leads to room 312 of the third floor Inert Sea of the City of Gold, which he watches over. His color is blue/black and he received a blue/black goose quill from Alba.
