A Winter's Night Dream

waves pound against the shore , each note trembles to crescendo

eerie sounds, beneath water’s surface

throbbing in my mind

silent whispers, of lost moments in time

winds ripple through the brush

palms sway and dip into the sand below

when did I know

hear the chimes tinkling merrily, in the hush of midnight

perfect ice crystals form, six pointed no less

crackling icicles fall, crashing below

message clear

dancing frost on slivered ice-scapes, spray misty memories
